Return/Exchange Policy

All returns/cancellations are for store credit only and must meet the following criteria:

• All return items must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have any/all original tags still attached.
• All return items must include the original receipt.
• All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
• All jewelry, gift items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Returns may be made in person or by mail. 

If returning by mail, please email us at shopaluxboutique@gmail.com to inform us of the return and package all eligible returns, with the original receipt, and send to:
